1. – ADMISSION AND RESIDENCE CONDITIONS

To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the management or its representative. It is the duty of the latter to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present internal regulations are applied.

Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them.

No one may elect domicile there.

Wearing a wristband is compulsory.

2. – RECEPTION DESK / DUTY DESK

Opening hours: 9am-12pm and 2pm-6pm (low season) and 8am-8pm (high season). At the reception desk, you’ll find all the information you need about the campsite’s services, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and other useful addresses.

Gate opening hours: 6 a.m. to midnight.

Users are requested to dress appropriately when entering the reception area.

The campsite is equipped with automatic license plate recognition software.

3. – POLICE FORMALITIES

Anyone wishing to stay at the campsite must first present their identity card at the reception desk and complete the formalities required by the police. (Pursuant to the provisions of Decree no. 75-410 of May 20, 1975.

Minors not accompanied by their legal guardians will not be admitted.

4. – INSTALLATION

The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the site indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

5. – NOISE AND SILENCE

Campsite users are urged to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbors.

Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as unobtrusive as possible. There should be complete silence between 24:00 and 6:00.

6. -VISITORS

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. They must declare their number and identity at the reception desk. Visitors must wear a visitor’s wristband. Vehicles must be parked in the outside parking lot. Departure time is 11.30pm.

7. – VEHICLE TRAFFIC AND PARKING

Inside the campsite, vehicles, including scooters and bicycles …., must keep to a speed limit of 10 km/hour and respect the signs inside.

Traffic is permitted from 6 a.m. to midnight. Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch, unless agreed otherwise by the management and payment of an additional fee.

Outdoor parking: users are asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their vehicles and equipment. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of damage, breakage or theft.

Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite are allowed on the site. Parking must not impede traffic, prevent new arrivals from settling in or use other pitches. Vehicles must be parked on their users’ plots or in the parking lot at the entrance.

8. – OUTFIT AND APPEARANCE OF INSTALLATIONS

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities.

It is forbidden to dump polluted water on the ground or in the gutters. Caravanners must empty their wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose.

Household waste, garbage of all kinds and paper must be deposited in the communal garbage cans at the entrance to the site. It is forbidden to wash vehicles inside the campsite.

It is forbidden to take water from fire hydrants and fire hoses, which are reserved for this purpose to the exclusion of all others.

It is strictly forbidden to wash clothes outside the bins provided for this purpose, and they must never be hung from trees.

Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are forbidden to hammer nails into trees, cut branches or make plantations. All constructions and improvements are forbidden, except with the express agreement of the operator. It is also forbidden to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, or to dig up the ground.

Any damage to vegetation, fences, ground or campsite facilities will be charged to the perpetrator.

The pitch used during the stay must be kept clean throughout the stay and returned in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival.

Electrical power supplied: between 6 and 10 amps.

The sanitary facilities may be closed during the off-season and shoulder seasons, depending on how full the campsite is, and for as long as adverse weather conditions persist, or in the event of drought-related water restrictions.

9. – SAFETY

A – Fire

Open fires, particularly barbecues (wood, charcoal, etc.), are strictly forbidden outside dedicated areas. Stoves must be kept in good working order. Fire extinguishers are available to all; in the event of fire, please notify the management immediately. A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk, together with telephone numbers for various services.

B – Cigarettes

Smokers are asked to remain very vigilant when smoking, and it is strictly forbidden to drop cigarette butts on the ground. The use of an ashtray is compulsory.

All rentals and communal enclosed areas are non-smoking.

C – Theft

The management is responsible for all items deposited (in the lockers provided) and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Campers are responsible for their own facilities, and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Users are asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment stored on the campsite.

10. – GAMES

No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities. Play areas are available for children under the sole responsibility of their parents. It is imperative to respect the age limits for each game.

Unaccompanied visitors are not allowed in the facilities.

Children must always be supervised by their parents.

11. – OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS

Dogs and animals must not be allowed to roam free, or even locked up on the campsite, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Their behavior must not interfere with the peace, safety and cleanliness of the campsite. Animal droppings must be collected by their owners. Pets are not allowed in the showers. They are forbidden for visitors.

Pets (tattooed, vaccinated, with papers, maximum 2 on pitches and only one in rental accommodation) are accepted, under the responsibility of their owners, at the price in force with the Provider. They must be declared no later than the day of arrival, and the vaccination certificate must be in the customer’s possession and presented to reception on the day of arrival. 1st and 2nd category dogs are prohibited. Dogs must always be kept on a leash.

12. – CAMPSITE MANAGER

He is responsible for maintaining order and good behavior at the camp. He has the duty to sanction serious breaches of the rules and, if necessary, to expel the perpetrators. Disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards the manager, staff or customers will result in expulsion without notice.

13. – DISPLAY

These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite on the notice boards provided. They will be given to customers on request. They may be modified at any time without notice. In the case of classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers in accordance with the conditions laid down by decree of the Minister responsible for consumer affairs, and can be consulted at reception.

14. – INFRINGEMENT OF INTERNAL REGULATIONS

In the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users, or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may give the resident formal notice, orally or in writing if deemed necessary, to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

15. – DEGRADATIONS

Any damage will be billed to the customer, who may or may not be covered by insurance. Children are under the express responsibility of their parents.
