How do I get an invoice for my stay?

When you have paid for your stay (or part of it) online, a proforma of your invoice has been sent to your email address. The definitive invoice is issued and sent to your email address at the end of your stay. If you have any concerns or questions about your bill, please do not hesitate to contact us on +33 (0)4 68 81 10 42.

Do I need my voucher on arrival?

No! You don’t need a voucher. We registered in our computer system. We are only waiting for you with your good humour 🙂

Do babies count as part of the accommodation capacity?

Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity, a small child counts as one person.

Do you accept holiday vouchers ?

We accept holiday vouchers (paper) and ANCV connect (dematerialised)

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed on the campsite (maximum two on the pitches and one in each rental accommodation)

Do you have any baby kits?

Do you have PRM mobile homes?

Yes, we have five rentals for people with reduced mobility.

Is it possible to install a cot in a room with a double bed?

It is possible in some locations. We invite you to ask the reception for confirmation.

Can I park a second car near my mobile home?

For mobile homes with less than 6 places, only one vehicle is allowed
